The foundation inspection was detailed but not overwhelming, and they explained everything in plain language. We needed some repair work, which they completed carefully and efficiently. I’d call them again if another structural issue came up.

They were very forthcoming and helpful in assessing parts of our foundation we had concerns with. We will consider them for future use if/when necessary.

Golden Bay Foundation Builders has been excellent throughout my entire foundation repair and retrofit process. Our home required a few horizontal cracks patched, and a section of the foundation replaced. We also did a complete retrofit in the process. Darren the project manager has been very communicative throughout and just an overall joy to work with. Special mention to Kyndell who assisted with the inspection process to make sure everything passed. I would definitely recommend this company to any one looking for foundation work!

They came out for a foundation repair, before the repair they came for an inspection that was free. This is infact an excellent company to work with. The work was done on time and our foundation is now solid and I would highly recommend.

We had an unpermitted sunroom that was improperly supported. Darren was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ignacio did the work for the project, and he is extremely good at what he does and a very hard worker. I am very happy that at least one of our walls is properly supported by a concrete foundation and our sunroom is properly supported from below.

We hired them for foundation repair after noticing cracks running across our interior walls. The crew arrived on time every day and kept the work area organized. The cracks have stopped spreading and the floors feel level again.

Had these guys over at my mom's for a crawl space repair. Cordination was top notch and they mad sure to excute and complete the job as agreed.
