In this Walnut Creek project, the floor support lacked internal floor joists within the crawlspace, resulting in uneven flooring and drywall cracks throughout the house. To mitigate further leveling and settling concerns, we reinforced the existing girder beams with new 4×4 posts and substantial 18x18x12 deep concrete pads. The implementation of these robust pads will effectively distribute the load across the crawlspace, thereby stabilizing the floor system.
