Belmont Underpin and Support

In our recent project in Belmont, we implemented underpinning on a corner that had experienced subsidence. The underpinning process involved adding additional footing beneath the existing structure to provide further support and prevent further settlement. Additionally, we repaired a vertical crack on the footing using epoxy and a strap, installed a new girder beam, and replaced damaged 4×4 wood posts.
