This Danville residence had settled approximately 2 inches towards the rear. The structure rests on a slab foundation. To permanently prevent further settlement, we installed helical piers around the perimeter of the house and secured them to the concrete footings. The piers extend into the bedrock and are bolted with metal brackets into the footings.
